TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order with Bowtique and Delights, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. I reserve the right to update and vary the terms and conditions, without notice, so always check here for the latest version.

Please email or pm on Facebook to order.  Payment is required at the time of ordering - via bank transfer.  I custom make each individual item, so please allow 10 days from order to dispatch, although I always aim to make them sooner where possible.

I specialise in hand made creations, and have regular clients because of the originality and quality of my products, together with the customer service I offer. As a perfectionist, every single product is made with love and care, using high quality materials, and any that I am not 100% happy with are scrapped and re-made. I take a lot of time and pride in my products, so every item used in the making of them has been checked and tested before using. 

I make every effort to photograph the items accurately and to describe the products in detail. Due to different computer monitor settings, some colours may appear slightly different to the actual colour.  Please note that items using materials with patterns, may vary slightly to the photo, because of the cut of the fabric. All sizes given are approximate.  If you have any queries regarding the details of the item, please contact me before purchasing.
All products are sold as singles, unless stated in the description, and any multiple products in a photo are being used for illustrative purposes only.

STORAGE OF BOWS
Please store your bows on a flat surface or on a bow holder, to prevent them becoming misshapen or damaged. Do not get any bow items wet. Do not leave in direct sunlight.
Although we have taken steps to prevent fraying, occasionally this may still happen.  If it does, then trim the edges of your bow gently with sharp scissors.

DISCLAIMER FOR HAIR ACCESSORIES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Please ensure your child is supervised at ALL times whilst wearing and using our products, due to the risk of choking on small parts. The items with additional embellishments, in particular, are not recommended for children under the age of 3. Please dispose of all packaging safely and remove the products before your child goes to sleep. None of our items are created as toys, therefore please do not allow your child to play with them.  You assume full responsibility for the safety of your child.

POSTAGE/DELIVERY/COLLECTION
All orders can be collected, by arrangement, from Whitstable, Kent (behind Tesco Superstore). A delivery option to Herne Bay or Whitstable, Kent can be arranged for orders of £10.00+.
Posted orders will be sent via Royal Mail - please ask for a quote. We do not take responsibility for incorrect postal addresses given to us.  We will also not take responsibility for an item not being signed for or picked up from your local mail centre in time. If it is returned to us, you will need to cover the postage costs for us to re-send it to you. Once with Royal Mail I cannot be held responsible for your order, for any damage or delays. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel is not delivered, I will follow Royal Mail's terms and conditions to put in a claim for you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are accepted, up to 14 days after receiving your order, on items still in their original unworn/unused saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage (which is non-refundable). This does not apply to returns/refunds for custom made/made to order/personalised items which are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that your item becomes faulty or damaged, please email us with details and a photo, within 30 days of us posting/delivering your order (proof of postage provided when requested).  We can then make arrangements for the faulty items to be returned to us for a repair or replacement.
The details sent for personalised/custom made items are your responsibility. Any error you make with a name or message etc., will not be refundable. If you realise you have made a mistake, message me asap so that I can amend the order, if it hasn’t already been made.  Personalised items cannot contain any copyright material or content which is abusive, racist or threatening.

CANCELLATION BY BOWTIQUE AND DELIGHTS
I reserve the right to cancel your order if:

a) I have insufficient stock to be able to create the product you have ordered. In this case, I will contact you to advise of an availability date or to offer you a substitute.
b) there has been a pricing or product description error.
c) failure to authorise payment occurs
d) the order is unable to be made due to illness or machinery defects.

If I do have to cancel your order I will notify you by email and will issue a full refund.  You will not receive compensation for any disappointment suffered.
